Candice Molnar is the founder and creator of CDM Photography. Her passion for photography springs from early childhood when a pivotal event continues to inspire her even today. Candice is at her best and most comfortable behind the camera.
BACKGROUND
"The first time I was introduced to photography, was as a young girl in South Africa. My mother worked for a professional photographic company. I remember visiting her and being captivated by the large glossy photographs on the walls; photographs of places I imagined going to, of people I had never seen before and wished I knew. Everything about this childhood memory is so clear to me that it still evokes in me emotions, memories and smells that I recall as if it were yesterday. Now as a woman, a wife and a mother of two beautiful daughters, I am truly blessed to be able to do what I consider to be my first love."
Philosophy
“I am able to observe a unique perspective that is shared between my subject, my camera and myself that I want to share with people. The camera is my tool of communication with others. I strive to take people on a visual journey that illustrates the beauty of a moment in time, the essence of my subject with all they want to express, as well as how I feel.
